What is an essential part of your daily routine?
One thing I cannot go without is definitely stretching in the morning and night. Nothing is more satisfying than a post work stretch - after being on my feet all day.
What is your favorite Quote?
“A vece' para sonreír hay que llorar”, which translates to “sometimes in order to smile you have to cry.”
What song can you listen to on repeat/ never get tired of?
Definitely a throwback from 2016, like Pit Bull’s “Give Me Everything.”
What are your favorite hobbies?
I love going on walks and casually walking to Target to browse. Even though I don’t need anything, Target will tell me if I need it or not.
I have also been trying to journal and read more.
What phone app do you use the most?
Spotify for sure. I love to listen to music. I listen to music while I’m cleaning, cooking, and going for my walks.
I also love podcasts. Right now, I’m listening to “The Mindset Mentor,” by Rob Dial.
My biggest takeaway is your mind is like a garden. It's impossible to plant strawberry seeds and expect somehow a tomato to grow. So if you think positive then positive things will be the outcome, if you think negatively then the outcome will be negative.
What has surprised you most while working here ?
It amazes me how many people don’t take care of their teeth and how many young people don’t take care of their teeth. I guess I never realized how important it was to take care of your teeth until you see what can happen.
